Hey Wendy, saw your comment in Sole Sister and thought I'd chime in. You're much better off going to the Walking Co and getting a pair of MBT's which the Sketchers are knock-offs of. Perhaps I am a bit biased having worked at The Walking Co last holiday season, but I can tell you from experience, if you're looking for a shoe that tones and firms while you walk, AND relieves tension and lower back pain, you can't do any better than the original MBT's!!
