Hey Paul -- Got your email about the Vampire Fashion Show, and ZZ posted it on the WQmag Events/Candendar. Good stuff! Meanwhile, one of my paintings, “Leper Beauty” is in the WQ|mag Fall Art Contest.

Voting started yesterday, August 31, and all WQmag members can vote once a day thru September 6. The contest has turned into a bit of a popularity contest with artists soliciting family members to join the web site just to vote for their work. This is to invite you to please click here to vote in the contest. Painting #6, “Leper Beauty," is one I created in Bali, Indonesia while involved in a hands-on healing program at the Leper Community in Lalang Linggah. Miraculously, within 90 days of my finishing the artwork, the 23-year old subject, a girl who had had leprosy all her life, experienced a complete reversal of the disease.

More about the painting and the potential cause for the girls’ miraculous healing are posted underneath the image on the ontest page. This is to encourage you to vote early and to vote often. WQmag members can vote once a day for their favorite artwork from August 31 thru September 6 -- that's a potential 7 votes per each member. If you find it in your heart to vote for piece #6, I would be genuinely appreciative. Till then becomes now. . . Enjoy!
