Wow - I am happy to report that I did not gain weight during the Thanksgiving-Christmas weeks, I managed to exercise and lose a few pounds! I believe kickstarting the process with Patti's fat shredder meal plan and starting an exercise program before the holidays was key. Wow - I am happy to report that I did not gain weight during the Thanksgiving-Christmas weeks, I managed to exercise and lose a few pounds! Day One Week Three
It truly is amazing how much better I feel after two weeks of eating healthy and exercising more than I have in years! I have more energy, fall asleep faster and wake up easier :) Amazing! I have tried before but never succeeded in establishing my health and well being as the top priority. My perseverance this time around is absolutely due to Patti Linn and the support of my fellow weight loss challenge gals.

- Michelle, It is a bit crazy, but the fun overshadowed the extra work. We really appreciate you as well as some of the other contestants staying so on top of your voters it did help make things a bit easier. We have really enjoyed seeing so many responses. It must be great to know that you can count on your friends to help you & that so many people wish good things for you.
