It would be great if you could attend the meeting we are holding at the Charis Center on November 3rd at 7pm. We will be explaining all about the program. It is a very simple and inexpensive to be on and you don't feel hungry
or deprived. Plus when special events like the anniversary or holidays come along you don't gain the weight back.
